“I have been bringing my kids to Southdale Pediatrics for over 10 years. All of the doctors are top-notch, dedicated and so accessible. I love the ease and availability of scheduling appointments, especially for my "medically challenged" child who many times needs to be seen within hours. I have complete trust in the excellent medical staff at Southdale Peds and highly recommend them!”
“We have had great experience with all of the doctors we've seen here. I especially appreciate the great care our children have received as babies when two of them needed more critical care and hospital stays. I also really appreciate the nurse line and after hours nurse connection. This is so important to me, as it got me to take my seven week old baby into Children's Hospital right away. Thank you for all you do.”
For pediatric, adolescent or adult patients living with asthma or allergies, Southdale Pediatric Associates offers access to three board certified allergists:
Appointment times are available at all three locations.
Our office limits its practice to the specialty of allergy. Therefore, we require that all of our patients provide themselves with a primary care physician (Pediatrician, Internist, or Family Physician) to treat their routine medical problems. We are, of course, available to assist when allergy or asthma is the primary reason for your call. Most primary care physicians would prefer that they be contacted first if problems should arise after office hours. One of our physicians will always be available for consultation with the primary physician if he or she feels that it is necessary.
Requests for allergy medication refills should be made through your pharmacist, who will contact our office. Any request for NEW medications or refills on medications not recently taken should be directed to the Allergy Nurse Advisors. Please have the name of your medication, RX number, and pharmacy address and phone number ready for the Advisor.
Refills CANNOT be handled evenings or weekends.
