Expectant parents may choose to schedule a “prenatal appointment” where they’ll have an opportunity to meet one of our providers, be introduced to our staff, and familiarize yourself with the office you will be visiting. Visit the expecting parents page for more information.
Parents who are new to our clinics are invited to meet with a provider and learn about the clinic as well. Call the office where you’re planning to go (either Edina, Burnsville, or Eden Prairie), explain that you’re new to our clinic, and ask to make an appointment to meet a provider.
Some parents feel best about their decision if they’ve had a recommendation from a friend, family member, or neighbor. Feel free to ask around. We’re confident that you’ll like what you hear!
We recommend that in addition to your child’s primary health care provider, you get to know one or two other pediatricians so that your child is comfortable with one or two different providers for same-day care. When your child is sick but his or her primary physician is unavailable, your child will still see a familiar face at the office.
