Hours and Appointments

Our phone lines open at 8 am Monday through Saturday. We have specially trained pediatric registered nurses available to answer various health questions about children’s illnesses, milestones, and other concerns. We typically get an influx of calls in the early morning, so if you’re able you may want to call us after 9:30 am.

Same-Day Appointments

When you call your clinic, the nurse advisor who answers the phone will be able to answer questions you may have about your child’s illness and schedule a same-day appointment. We encourage families to familiarize themselves with two or three different physicians on staff. That way if your child is ill and his or her primary physician is unavailable, there is another physician who is a “familiar face” to see.

Future Appointments

If your child is well and you’re calling to schedule a future appointment, such as a well-child visit or allergy consultation, you should call your clinic’s Future Appointments department. When possible, please try to book your child’s well-child visits four to six weeks in advance. (See Table Below titled: Clinic Hours Table EXTENDED)
