Why did you choose pediatrics?

I became a pediatrician because I believe that kids have a unique openness, curiosity, and imagination that makes their potential limitless. I love meeting families when their children are newborns and watching them grow up to be confident adolescents. They say it takes a village to raise a child. It is a true privilege to be a small component of each family’s journey.

What do you enjoy most about Southdale Pediatrics?

Every Tuesday afternoon during residency, I spent time at Southdale Peds for continuity clinic. During that time I was impressed by the excellence of the providers, their commitment to family-centered care, and the collegiality among the group. Southdale Peds has a long history of providing exceptional pediatric care in our community. I am honored to be a part of such an outstanding practice.

What do you like to do for fun?

I love to spend time with my family, go for walks around our neighborhood, read, and bake chocolate chip cookies.
